Booking Confirmation
Submitting the online form creates a booking request, not an automatic confirmed ride. A booking becomes confirmed only after vehicle availability, fare and trip details are accepted by both parties.
Fares and Additional Charges
Quoted fares are based on the information provided. Tolls, parking, state taxes, waiting, extra kilometres, extra hours, driver allowance and route changes may be charged where applicable and communicated during confirmation.
Pickup and Waiting
Passengers should provide accurate pickup information and remain reachable. Waiting charges may apply after the agreed grace period.
Cancellations
Cancellation charges may apply based on notice period, driver dispatch, vehicle category and trip type. Any applicable cancellation terms should be confirmed at booking time.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must follow safety rules, avoid unlawful activity and not damage or excessively soil the vehicle. Additional cleaning or repair charges may apply.
Delays and Service Limitations
Arrival times can be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdowns or events beyond reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide updates or alternatives.
